Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Republic of Armenia

Apart from the abovementioned collaboration with Ministry of Culture, ICIRLD works closely with the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. The organization is one of the Ministry's main expert organizations in the field of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue and European cooperation. Together with SALTO EECA Resource Center of European Commission, ICIRLD has taken part in the preparation and implementation of workshops and conferences on national youth policy and European cooperation. Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs is also one of the ICIRLD's benefactors providing co-funding of various initiatives, among other the CAUCULT project. In addition, from 2006 to 2008 the ministry was granting funding for yearly organized Intercultural Festivals implemented by ICIRLD. Secondly, ICIRLD works closely with the Ministry on drafting state youth policies, programmes and strategies. ICIRLD experts supported the Ministry's representatives in the phase of preparation of the youth section of  European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) Action Plan for Armenia. Moreover, 3 members of ICIRLD are members of Youth Policy Council by the Prime Minister of RA. As expert organization recognized by the Ministry, ICIRLD provides trainers and facilitators for trainings and seminars related to the main fields of work of ICIRLD. Last but not least, ICIRLD team was involved in preparing the National Youth Reports (2005/2006, 2012/2013).

Ministry of Culture of Republic of Armenia

ICIRLD has established a fruitful long-term cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Armenia. The organization collaborates with the Ministry on different levels and in different dimensions. Firstly, the Ministry was one of the benefactors of ICIRLD's projects both realised in the past and currently being implemented. For instance, the Ministry granted ICIRLD co-funding of CAUCULT, an international, intercultural project promoting local culture-related initiatives that support ethnic, religious and cultural diversity across the South Caucasus, co-implemented by ICIRLD from 2012 to 2015. Further, the ministry supported a group of young sculptors with a travel grant enabling them to go to Sweden to exhibit their works at one of the art festivals being held in the country. Secondly, the Ministry provides ICIRLD with expert support on cultural and youth policy, e.g. it provided external consultations on the content of ICIRLD publications. Last but not least, ICIRLD team and the ministry representatives worked jointly on international cooperation projects in the field of cultural animation and youth work.
